Dr Ayers is a fellowship-trained & board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing joint replacement surgery of the knee and hip. In his spare times he enjoys spending time with his family, downhill and water skiing, scuba diving, hiking and reading.
Dr. Ayers is the Arthur Pappas Professor and Chair Emeritus at the University of Massachusetts Medical School & Orthopedist-in-Chief at UMassMemorial Medical Center.
In addition to his commitment to clinical and surgical excellence, Dr Ayers is leading various research projects, including a nationwide registry of joint replacements that will inform the field for years to come (see force-tjr.org)

Dr. Mandell is a fellowship trained hip and knee replacement surgeon and specializes in treatment of lower extremity arthritis in adults. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer, running and skiing.
Dr. Mandell also has an interest in orthopedic trauma and lower extremity reconstruction. He has extensive training in minimally invasive joint replacement surgery and outpatient same day surgery for both hips and knees. He is an Assistant professor at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and enjoys teaching both residents and medical students.

Dr Most is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon, specializing in musculoskeletal oncology.
Originally from the New York City suburbs, Dr. Most now lives in Central Massachusetts with his family. In his free time, he enjoys sports (including the Mets, Giants, Islanders, and Knicks), hiking, fishing, and spending time with his wife and son and their two yellow labs.
Dr. Most is an Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery and Radiation Oncology at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, and is Chief of the Division of Orthopedic Oncology at UMassMemorial Health
